I have enjoyed a long and rewarding career managing health plans. My goal was always to reduce cost barriers to quality care for people. This is still my mission as an independent insurance agent.
In St. Louis since 1989, I built and managed two of the largest Medicare health plans in the area for national insurance carriers. Under my management in the ‘90s and then in the ‘00s, these plans had over 50,000 Medicare members, about one of eight Medicare beneficiaries in the region. I was responsible for my members. I was passionate about delivering value for their choice of our health plans. But I was concerned that my company did not have the best solution for everyone. Now that I am independent, I represent the largest and most popular Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans available in the area.
I supplement my retirement income with commissions on the sale of Medicare health plans while helping you save money on your health care and health insurance. I am under no pressure to sell you something you don’t need or want. My expertise is only in health insurance. I will not attempt to sell you life insurance or financial products. If you want, I can refer you to other excellent agents that do.
